Kano Computing

Co-founder and CEO: Alex Klein

Kano is a computer anyone can make™. Our mission is to give young people – and the young at heart – a simple, fun way to make and play with technology, and take control of the world around them.

The Kano Computer Kit is a computer anyone can make, simple as Lego, powered by Raspberry Pi and hugely fun. It's £139.99, and ships to almost anywhere.

Kano was born from the challenge of 6yo Micah 'I want to make a computer but it needs to be as easy and fun as Lego, so nobody has to teach me'. 4 years later Kano is present in more than 1000 schools and educational programs, with more than 150.000 kits distributed to 80+ countries around the globe.
